In Albania’s capital, plans have been unveiled for a unique double skyscraper called Bond Tower. The 50-story building, designed by Portuguese architecture firm OODA, features two connected structures that separate and reconnect, creating a distinctive warped effect. One side will house residential units, while the other side will accommodate hotel guests, with office and retail spaces on several floors. The design integrates elements of ballet movements and Gustav Klimt’s artwork, and also takes inspiration from Tirana’s natural landscape. The tower is set to break ground by the end of the year and be completed by the end of 2028, contributing to the city’s growing architectural transformation.
